Downsampling:
I managed to downsample a couple of *.P16 files using a software called “COOLEDIT” to 22050Hz.
In COOLEDIT just select open and in the types of files box, click on all types.
Bin Hacking:
applied hack3 on bin files.
Status:
Success- Selfbootable

No files removed or renamed.
